• Card on File: For all color service appointments, I require a valid credit or debit card to be kept on file. This card will be used to secure your appointment and may be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. • Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment the card on file may be charged according to my cancellation policy. • Emergency Cancellations: I understand that emergencies happen.
